We promise to handle all your orders as expediently as possible. Most orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours. We ship via AirBorne Ground Service and AirBorne Express. Shipping charges will include actual freight, insurance and COD fees, if applicable. USPS service is available for a $5.00 handling charge. No confusing backorders! Our policy is "ship/cancel". If an item is "Out of Stock" it will be marked clearly on that item's page. If you wish to order something that is "out of stock", simply keep checking back by visiting our WHAT'S NEW page. Our return and credit policy is very simple. You are welcome to return most any item (stringing supplies are non-returnable) that you are unhappy with for a full credit, exchange or refund. These items must be returned complete (no partial bag returns) and in their original packaging, within 10 days of your receiving them. Any returns submitted after the 10 day grace period or in less then complete packaging will be charged a 25% restocking fee. There are no returns accepted after 30 days. We do not credit postage for returns. Please note that all mixes are sold "as is". These are mostly 2nds and are priced accordingly. You can count on 70-75% to be great usable beads. The rest make great aquarium fill!! :) If you are unhappy with the mix in total, you can return the entire (no cherry picking) shipment for credit or refund, per our standard return policy. Should you find anything missing in your shipment, please notify our office within 10 days for credit. Items not reported as short after 10 days of receiving your shipment, are not replaceable. Error and Omissions: We always strive for perfection, but in a imperfect world, we can only do our best. Typos happen!! Should there be incorrect data in any description field, an overlooked discount or a calculation error...don't panic. We will do what needs to be done to make sure the error is corrected. Please see our return and credit policy above on how to handle items received erroneously. If you receive an incorrect item, please return it and we'll ship out the correct product. We maintain a "good neighbor" policy. We reserve the right to refuse, decline or cancel orders, services and return authorizations. COD's are not your friend!! Although we do accept orders for COD, it is on a Certified Bank Check or Money Order only basis. Our COD freight handler is AirBorne, and they charge $7.50 for COD service in addition to the regular freight, insurance fees and handling charges. (There is an additional charge of 1.5% for shipments over $500.) In the event that your COD parcel is returned unclaimed or you refuse shipment without authorization, you are still responsible for all COD and freight charges. NO EXCEPTIONS! Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 25249.6, the manufacturer and distributor of our tools posts a warning that PVC coated tool handles "MAY" contain substances known to cause cancer and birth defects. The database for the shopping cart is updated DAILY from 4:00PM to 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time. Please keep this in mind when you are shopping. Things do go out of stock, and we add new items. If you are shopping online during our upload times, you may lose your items!! So please try to finish your selections before we upload, or wait the 30 minutes. Meet our friends!
