I don't have a business license, will you sell to me at wholesale pricing levels?
YES! All customers are extended wholesale pricing. Additional discounts are extended to volume orders at the following discount rate:

Orders Under $100: Listed Entry Level Pricing. No Further Discounts
Orders Between $100.00to $249.99: 10% additional discount
Orders between $250.00 to $499.00: 25% additional discount
Orders Over $500.00: 50% additional discount.
 
I own a bead store, can I get any additional discounts?
We offer bead stores the 50% discount at the $250.00 or more purchase level. To qualify for this discount your account MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE OF GRANTING THE DISCOUNT. Discounts are ONLY granted to retailers that have a physical store front and who operate as a physical bead retailer
 
Do you ship and sell internationally?
YES! We do not charge any handling fees for international orders and will generally ship all orders Global Express Mail via the United States Post Office because their delivery service is quick and they offer the most cost effective means for shipping beads internationally.
 
Why do you have a small order fee?
Since we are offering wholesale pricing levels to all of our customers, the processing of small orders (under $25) is not profitable at our pricing levels. We suggest that if you find this fee objectionable, that you increase your order size to over $25 or shop at any of our retail bead store customers that can accommodate your order sizes due to higher retail pricing levels.
 
What happens if I need more beads than you currently have in stock? Do you process backorders?
We will ship you the beads that we have in stock and will CANCEL from your order any other items that may be currently out of stock We DO NOT process backorders since the time to get restocked can vary greatly depending on availability or manufacturing time.
 
Do you have a printed catalog?
No, we only offer a CD-ROM based catalog. We have no plans at this time to produce a printed catalog due to the high costs associated with the creation and distribution of a paper catalog. We are committed to offering our customers the best possible products at the lowest price possible and we feel that electronic (internet) storefronts and CD-ROM catalogs help us achieve this goal.
 
Do you have a store?
Yes! Our warehouse showroom is open 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday) and is located in Sacramento, CA. We always will attempt to accommodate out of town customers via appointment if our standard hours are not convenient.
 
I require fewer beads than you sell in your package, will you sell me beads in quantities that differ from you packaged amounts?
NO. We only sell in the package quantities quoted. If you are a large volume buyer (orders exceeding $2,000) we will custom quote different packaging quantities as appropriate.
 
Do you ship C.O.D?
No. We do accept prepayments in the form of money orders or cashier checks ( no personal or company checks accepted). Your order will be shipped AFTER receipt of the prepayment.
